Many Yellow Cap drivers do not perform their duties properly, customers say. The worst thing is that the company management doesn’t care about complaints being reported by customers. The management even sucks at responding to complaints.
Customers order a 5-seater Yellow Cab taxi because of 5- people. Dispatch staff provide cab numbers to customers. Yellow Cab Van drivers arrive at a customer’s address, take another one customer instead of the customer who ordered the same 5-seater Yellow Van taxi, and then disappear.
The customers says that they ordered a Yellow Van taxi and the dispatcher mentioned that there was a taxi nearby and will pick you up in 3 to 5 minutes. The dispatcher also provided a number of Yellow Van which was Y238.
The Yellow Van driver arrived in 5 minutes and at this moment someone rushed into the Van. I saw the number that I received in a text message. I asked the Van driver if we have to use this Van because I ordered this taxi number match. We were 5 people. The driver looked in my eye and said me that no, he shouldn’t take us, someone will come for us and the he rushed. I took a photo of the vehicle.
I called Yellow Cab company and complained about driver and I explained the situation. The dispatcher advised that she can connect me to management to send them a complaint via voice message and I did. But unfortunately the company management didn’t respond to me until today. The customers says that it’s not the first time they experienced this kind of bad service by Yellow Cab Company. They now understand that the Yellow Cab management who doesn’t care about customers is unprofessional. The company management hires some unprofessional drivers, dangerous drivers, liar drivers, fraud drivers and gives garbage service to people of Vancouver.
There are many Google reviewers complaint about unprofessional drivers and bad services of Yellow Cab Company.
